Practical information about scope, delivery, commercial terms, and support. Native details elements keep every answer keyboard accessible.
Services & capability
Can ForgeX join a project already in progress?
Yes, after a focused review of current scope, decisions, risks, and information quality. We define responsibility boundaries before accepting active work.
Do you provide design-only services?
Yes. Engineering can be commissioned independently, provided the client and delivery partners agree how constructability feedback and field changes will be managed.
Which sectors do you support?
The demo positioning covers manufacturing, energy, construction, process industries, and technical facilities. Template buyers can replace sectors without restructuring the page.
Project delivery
How do projects begin?
Most begin with a discovery call and information review, followed by a short scope definition that states objectives, constraints, responsibilities, deliverables, and assumptions.
How are changes controlled?
Potential changes are logged, assessed for cost, schedule, and technical impact, then authorized by the agreed decision owner before implementation.
Can work be phased around operations?
Yes. Brownfield and live-site work is planned around defined access, isolation, outage, and commissioning windows.
Commercial terms
Why are fixed prices not shown?
Industrial scopes vary materially. A responsible proposal needs enough information to distinguish defined work from unresolved risk.
Do you offer framework agreements?
Yes. Program frameworks suit repeat work, multiple sites, or ongoing multidisciplinary capacity and include agreed governance and rate structures.
What is included in a proposal?
Scope, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, schedule, commercial basis, client responsibilities, acceptance criteria, and change rules.
Support & handover
What happens after commissioning?
Support can include closeout, operator training, warranty coordination, maintenance planning, reliability reviews, and future upgrade planning.
Can our own team receive editable files?
Deliverable formats are agreed during scope definition. Native and neutral file requirements should be specified before work begins.
Is emergency support available?
Response arrangements are available only where a support agreement defines coverage, contacts, site access, and response expectations.
